 Jack Wold is the CEO of Wold Energy Partners, LLC (WEP). Mr. Wold is a Geologist and manages the Denver office. Mr. Wold is the President of Wold Oil Properties, LLC. He joined Wold companies‘ Casper office in 1983 as a Rockies Geologist. Prior to 1983, Mr. Wold was a Senior Geologist with Amoco Production Company and an Area Geologist with BWAB, an independent oil and gas company in Denver. Mr. Wold served as President of the Wyoming Geological Association, President of the Rocky Mountain Section of the American Association of Geologists, a Director of the Petroleum Association of Wyoming and the Independent Petroleum Association of the Mountain States (IPAMS). Mr. Wold grew up in Casper, Wyoming and graduated from The Colorado College with a Bachelor's Degree in Geology. Mr. Wold also received his Masters in Geology from Cornell University. Mr. Wold is based in Denver.

At Cordillera, he was responsible for financial analysis, business development, investor relations, capital planning, and midstream activities. Prior to Cordillera, Mr. Wold was a Senior Analyst in the energy and industrials group of Headwaters MB, an investment bank offering M&A advisory services. Presently, he serves as a Manager of Wold Oil Properties, LLC and a founding member of Summit Royalties, a mineral and royalty investment company in Denver. Mr. Wold is a graduate of The Colorado College with a degree in Economics and Business. Mr. Wold is based in Denver.

 Jarred Kubat serves as Vice President of Land, Legal and Regulatory for Wold Energy Partners, LLC (WEP) and is responsible for the company’s negotiation and execution of leasehold acquisition efforts. He's also responsible for Business Development, permitting and regulatory activities and landowner relations. Mr. Kubat joined Wold Energy Partners after five years with Encana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. At Encana, Mr. Kubat had the opportunity to work multiple assets, and in his last position he was a Land Negotiator on the New Ventures USA Team. In that position, Mr. Kubat was responsible for assisting in the evaluation of potential targets for acquisition. Mr. Kubat received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the AAPL, and the DAPL. Mr. Kubat is based in Denver.

Prior to joining Wold Oil Properties in 2009, Mr. Otteman worked in various roles for three years at Exxon Mobil in Houston and a private Wyoming independent oil and gas producer for three years. Among other ventures, he worked the mid-Caspian basin and offshore Columbia, offshore California and in Corporate Business Analysis. Mr. Otteman is a member of AAPG, GSA, WGA, and RMAG and was appointed by Governor Matt Mead to serve on the Wyoming Enhanced Oil Recovery Commission in March, 2012. Mr. Otteman received a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff and a Master’s degree in geology from the University of Wyoming. Mr. Otteman is based in Denver.

 Kevin Meenan serves as General Counsel for Wold Energy Partners, LLC (WEP) and Wold Oil Properties, LLC. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Meenan was in private law practice in Casper for over 10 years engaged in a General and Trial practice. He was elected and served several terms as the Seventh Judicial District Attorney in Casper where he handled extensive trial work and supervised the most active criminal and juvenile docket in Wyoming. Throughout his career, Mr. Meenan also engaged in management consulting and business and policy issues in both the private and public sectors. A native of Casper, Wyoming, Mr. Meenan received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law in Laramie, Wyoming. Mr. Meenan is based in Casper.

 Jim Baker joined Wold Energy Partners, LLC (WEP) as Engineering Manager in 2013 and has over 22 years of oil and gas industry experience. His most recent role was Engineering Manager with Meritage Energy Company, LLC in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Baker helped build and sell Meritage twice in the Permian Basin of West Texas. Prior to working at Meritage, he was operations manager at Nance Petroleum Corporation out of Billings, Montana. Mr. Baker also worked as a Reservoir Engineer for the Rangely Weber Sand Unit in northwest Colorado for Chevron USA. He also spent ten years with Marathon Oil Company in Cody, WY. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Wyoming. Mr. Baker is based in Denver.

 Jake Phipps joined Wold Energy Partners, LLC (WEP) in April 2015 after three years with Samson and another thirteen years with ExxonMobil. He is responsible for the execution of field operations and coordination of planning fluid drilling, completions, and production. While at Samson Mr. Phipps was responsible for all operations and engineering for the Green River Basin and San Juan Basin. And as Completions and Wellwork Supervisor for ExxonMobil he was responsible for the technical design, execution, and optimization of over 150 wells. Mr. Phipps graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Phipps is based in Denver.

The first 13 years of Mr. Auflick’s career were spent with BP and Shell where he worked both onshore and offshore projects. He then had the opportunity to work with more than 20 different operators as an Engineering Advisor with K & M Technology. After which he spent four years at Ultra Petroleum as a Senior Engineer and Drilling Superintendent. Prior to working with WEP he spent three years independently consulting on major horizontal and special drilling projects. He brings invaluable field experience and drilling knowledge to the team. He has a degree in Engineering from the University of Wyoming. Mr. Auflick is based in Casper.
